All services provided by MVP SAAS Agency are digital, virtual, and customized in nature. As a result:

  • There are no physical products shipped
  • Returns are not applicable to any of our services

Once a service is purchased, it is considered delivered in part or in full based on project initiation.


No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and customized services:

  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • No refunds will be issued once work has started
  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind, business decisions, or unmet expectations

By placing an order, you explicitly agree to waive any right to chargebacks or refund claims.


Unlimited Revisions Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to client satisfaction:

  • All plans include unlimited revisions within the original project scope
  • Revisions are provided to refine and improve the delivered work
  • New features, major changes, or scope expansions are not considered revisions and may incur additional charges

Cancellation Policy

One-Time Setup Plans

  • One-time setup plans cannot be canceled once the project has started
  • No refunds are issued for canceled or paused projects

Monthly Maintenance Plans

  • Optional monthly maintenance plans can be canceled before the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period

Project Delays & Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:

  • Incomplete or incorrect client inputs
  • Delayed feedback or approvals
  • Changes in project scope

Clients are responsible for providing all required materials and approvals on time.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Termination of ongoing projects
  • Restriction from future services

Clients are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any concerns.


Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under exceptional circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with design or functionality
  • Lack of expected business results or revenue
  • Third-party service limitations or policy changes
  • Hosting, platform, or API-related issues
